eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
For cricket bats, the protective plastic wrap must remain intact, and tags must not be removed.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Non- Returnable items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Cricket bats with opened plastic wrapping or removed tags.

Protective gear (gloves, pads, guards) that shows signs of wear.

Accessories that have been used or altered.

Clearance or final-sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size, model, or product type, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Photo or video evidence may be requested to expedite the process.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Ardor Originals is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Products purchased through authorized third-party retailers must follow that retailer’s return policy.
